Advisor Mike (Mildred) Meyer- she helped me plan my courses at 91ÖÆƬ³§ and my transition to Northern Illinois University to get my BSN. She was actually a nurse!
How did your time at 91ÖÆƬ³§ impact your career or life path or your decision to work here?
When I was in the ADN program at 91ÖÆƬ³§, I decided I wanted to come back and teach after I got my master’s degree in nursing. I came back to teach in 1988 and have been here ever since.

Never give up on your dreams, some just take longer than others.
